Restore24, originally named All American Office & Building Maintenance, was founded in Jacksonville, Florida in 1996 by Jason Sams. Jason launched his company using the same principles that guide his life..."surround yourself with reliable, positive people, work hard and exceed others' expectations."

Using that simple but powerful philosophy, the company quickly excelled, with its primary focus on the apartment and condo industry. To date, Restore 24 has cleaned carpets, upholstery and window treatments; patched drywall; and painted the interior and exterior of some 50,000 units throughout the First Coast, expertly preparing them for new tenants.

The company still serves the apartment industry and several residential real estate firms, but in 2005, Sams also began offering his unique multi-service home cleaning and painting service to residential consumers. He renamed his company Restore 24, to represent both the multitude of services and the rapid response time he offers his customers.
